Today is our second of three interviews with the North Carolina candidates for governor. Last week, we interviewed Republican candidate Pat McCrory. Next week, we'll talk to Democratic candidate Walter Dalton, and so today's hour will be spent with Libertarian candidate Barbara Howe. Candidate Howe was not included in any of the televised debates prior to the election, even though she is on the ballot and she has been ranked as high as 9 percent in the polls.
