Work Life Balance
A long pattern of employee overload and burnout in the workplace has nudged some corporations to look for ways to improve the conditions for employees to keep them on the job and energized. Work-Life integration is one of the major moves by organizations to improve the overall wellbeing of an employee, in and out of the workplace, which experts say will help get the best work from an employee.
