American paddlers competing in Beijing will hit the water today for their first attempts at an Olympic medal in the summer games. Many of them spent time at the U.S. National Whitewater Center in Charlotte training for the races that will take place over the next four days. Charlotte resident Charlie Brown is the team's psychologist. He's helped the athletes prepare mentally for this day. WFAE's Lisa Miller asked Brown how the paddlers have been faring amongst the bustle of Beijing.
