Tarts and Pastries We are going to get a little sassy and a little sweet for this month's food show as we explore the vast, but little known, world of the Tart. These small pastries can run from the very sweet to more savory offerings like Pot Pie Tart and our guests have explored every incarnation of the tart and small pastry world. We will learn about how to stock your kitchen, baking tips and sample some of the more interesting varieties of tarts and small pastries.
