You may have noticed, there are a lot of runners in Charlotte. On nice days in certain parts of town, the streets are practically clogged with them. It's good exercise and it doesn't require special equipment or a gym membership, just a good pair of shoes, right? Turns out, there's more to running than that, or there should be if you want to stay healthy. We'll hear from area professionals - all runners themselves - with tips, tricks and other things to consider.
