Halloween has transformed from a simple one-night children's affair to a full-blown adult holiday with lights and parties and more. One way to spot this trend is to look at the lowly pumpkin. We've turned them into jack-o-lanterns for years but as nothing more than simple carvings. Now they are works of art, 3-D carvings rivaling sculpture. We look into what's going on there as well as what's being done with pumpkins as food.
