One of the most argued about decisions when a couple separates or divorces is "who gets the kids?" Since so many marriages end in divorce, this question has become a common one, but the answer can often be very complex. We'll have a conversation about parenting after divorce and talk to a panel of experts about child custody, the concept of "shared parenting," and how the laws surrounding custody after divorce work.
