The Mayor's Immigration Study Commission released its recommendations before the Charlotte City Council Monday evening. A year ago, Mayor Pat McCrory asked the 28-member panel to analyze the impact of immigration in the areas of Public Safety, Economic Developmanet, Education, and Healthcare. WFAE's Lisa Miller spoke with McCrory about the recommendations.
