Affordable housing has always been in short supply and as Charlotte and the region have grown, finding that housing has becoming increasingly challenging.  But researchers from here and around the country have been collecting extensive data and the city is using that data to guide their decisions on affordable housing in the future.  We hear about the challenge, the data and the plan to use that data.
