Social media. It's everywhere. It's an integral part of our lives. When Facebook's recent social experiment was revealed people were outraged but it did demonstrate just how affected we are by this media. We think we are connecting to everyone, all the time. But are we connecting? Are we really socializing on social media? Is there a connection forming? For those that use social media all the time - you know the type, with their phone in their lap at the dinner table - is that healthy? Can you over use or even be addicted to social media? We're joined by two psychologists who answer these questions and more.
