When we buy things, we know what they will cost. Not so with health care. Finding out what things cost in that world is nearly impossible. All most people know is that health care is expensive and costs are rising. Even after the first year of the Affordable Care Act, though more people are insured, costs still haven’t been contained. Why are health care costs so difficult to pin down? We look at that and at what is being done to change the system.
