Fighting Climate Change with Food

If you think the car you drive or the light bulbs you buy are your biggest contributions to global warming, Dr. Robert Lawrence says, "Think again." Lawrence heads the Center for a Livable Future at Johns Hopkins University. When he speaks at UNC-Charlotte today, he'll tell the audience it's not only what thye drive, but what they eat that's warming the globe. He spoke with WFAE's Julie Rose:
Dr. Robert Lawrence is director of the Center for a Livable Future at the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health. He will offer a free seminar today at 2 p.m. at the UNC-Charlotte College of Health and Human Services.
