Thursday in Charlotte, a gas station on Woodlawn Road is selling E-85 for 85 cents a gallon. WFAE's Scott Graf spoke with Thomas to get an update on the local push for E-85. Thomas says there are two main reasons behind the slowdown in its growth in the Charlotte market.
