North Carolina's governor's race is not likely to be decided election night, or any night this week. That's because it's so close the state Board of Elections will need to go through provisional ballots and absentee ballots. With all precincts reported, Cooper has a lead of roughly .1 percent. This keeps changing so you can find the current totals here.
