Police say a 911 dispatcher was killed in a multi-car crash last night on Interstate 77 near the South Carolina border.
CMPD has identified the dispatcher as Nicole Schieb. Her brother, CMPD officer Christopher Schieb, was also in the car at the time and suffered minor injuries.
The police department says it’s keeping the family in its thoughts and prayers.
