After listening to a discussion between WFAE's Lisa Worf and retired CMPD detective, Garry McFadden, we’re joined by people in Charlotte who are working to build trust including Shaun Corbett, owner of Da Lucky Spot Barbershop and organizer of the Cops and Barbers program; Rev. Clifford Matthews Jr., member of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Opportunity Task Force and pastor at St. Luke’s Missionary Baptist Church in Charlotte; and Rev. John Cleghorn, pastor of Caldwell Presbyterian Church in Charlotte. We find out what they think Charlotte needs to do to recover from the feeling of racial divide we’ve been experiencing these last two weeks.
