North Carolina based private security contractor Blackwater USA has been in the news since several of its workers were brutally murdered and mutilated in Iraq in 2003. Since then the firm has grown exponentially, is tasked with guarding American politicians and administration officials in Iraq, and its owner has created controversy over statements that contractors are outside the U.S. legal system. A reporter who profiled the company joins us.
