Yesterday, Charlotte Mayor Patrick Cannon resigned after he was arrested by the US Justice Department on charges of theft ad bribery after an FBI sting operation. The FBI had launched an investigation into Cannon nearly 4 years ago during which they say he took money and other items of value from undercover FBI agents in his capacity as an elected official. We look at the charges and what they may mean for Cannon and the city.
