Gang Leader Caught

(2/7/08) The reputed head of the north Charlotte Hidden Valley Kings gang was apprehended by U.S. Marshals in New York yesterday. Roscoe Abell had been on the run for more than a year, following a roundup of the gang's leaders in Charlotte last summer. WFAE's Julie Rose reports gang violence has dropped in Charlotte since then.
