Kissell supporters board bus for DC swearing-in
About 40 local Democrats are boarding a bus this morning bound for Washington, D.C. They're a few weeks early for the Presidential Inauguration, but just in time for another swearing-in.  WFAE's Julie Rose reports.

NC pulls out stops for inauguration, other states scale back
Preparations are underway for a full weekend of gala events to mark the inauguration of North Carolina's first female governor. In fact, Beverly Perdue is the only newly-elected governor in the country who is not planning to scale back inaugural events because of the economy.
