No purchase or contribution to WFAE is necessary to participate in our contests.  Entries must include name, address, telephone number and email address.  Entries must be received by deadline stated on Contest Details page.  Limit one entry per household or email address.  Multiple entries, if discovered, will be disqualified. 

University Radio Foundation/WFAE employees, board members and their immediate family or persons living in the same household are ineligible to enter.  Void where prohibited by law.  The Winner must be at least 21 years old.  Drawings are restricted to persons living in the United States.

The Winner will be notified by email or telephone. 

WFAE may use Winner's name, likeness or voice for publicity purposes without further compensation.  All entries become property of WFAE 90.7fm.  WFAE reserves the right to modify or terminate the Contest or the Prize at any time before a winner is selected.  Names of winners may be obtained by contacting WFAE 90.7fm at 704-549-9323.

By participating  in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and by all decisions of the judges, which shall be final. Participants also agree that WFAE 90.7fm and University Radio Foundation, Inc., have no liability whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damage of any kind resulting from their use of the Prize or participation in the drawing. 

Winner is responsible for any tax implications of winning the prize.
