The Charlotte And Brazil Connection

There are six Brazilian firms operating in the Charlotte region, including two US headquarters of Brazilian companies. There are about 2000 Brazilians living in the greater Charlotte area and Charlotte Douglas Airport has daily nonstop flights to Rio de Janeiro. The Charlotte/ Brazil connection is growing, and continues this week with the visit of Mauro Vieira, the Brazilian Ambassador to the United States. He'll join us to talk about the economic and political relations between the US and Brazil and we'll also discuss our Charlotte connection to Brazil and find out why Charlotte is such a good location for Brazilians and Brazilian firms.
