Delaying Retirement And Effects On Dementia

Retirement often seems like a primary goal for people in the workforce; however, a recent study found that people who delay retirement have less risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease or other kinds of dementia. According to a study of nearly half a million people, the risk of dementia is reduced by 3.2 percent for every additional year of work.
