When he first took office, Governor McCrory noted that North Carolina has a problem with underage drinking and that something had to be done about it. The chairman of the state Alcohol Beverage Control Commission, which is at the heart of alcohol sales in the state, knew he had to get involved. He and others created the Talk It Out campaign to research underage drinking and work to prevent it. We hear from him and others about what’s happened since.
