Two children were shot early Thursday morning inside a west Charlotte apartment. CMPD says the shooting occurred around 2 a.m. at the Little Rock Apartments off West Boulevard. Two boys, ages 9 and 11, were hit and taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police believe the shots were fired into the apartment from the outside. Police say there were six people inside the apartment, but that no one else was hurt. No arrests have been made.
