Sustainable Seafood America loves seafood. From grocery freezers to restaurants specializing in seafood dishes, we go through a great deal of seafood on a daily basis. So much so that industry experts are becoming concerned about overfishing and the health of the oceans fish populations. Guests Peter Reinhart - Chef on Assignment, Johnson and Wales University Michael LaVecchia - Chief Fish Guy & Butcher, Meat & Fish Co. at 7th Street Market Carrie Brownstein - Seafood Quality Standards Coordinator, Whole Foods
