Succession Management / Bob Mondello

We'll talk about Succession Management - the process of preparing younger workers to take on leadership roles in a company as Baby Boomers age out of the work force. There's a one day conference on the topic at CPCC this Wednesday from 9:00 a.m.- 2:30 p.m that is open to the public. More information at www.cpcc.edu/sm. We also talk to NPR movie critic Bob Mondello in advace of his talk tonight at Levine Museum of the New South.
