Some in Raleigh Police Force Join Teamsters

Some members of the Raleigh Police Department voted recently to end their relationship with the International Police Union, and instead join with the Teamsters. The stated purpose of the switch was to use the Teamsters' political clout to change North Carolina's ban on collective bargaining for public employees. But as WFAE's Craig Fahle reports, the law is firmly entrenched.
