Scary Movies And Why We Love Them Americans love to be scared. We often flock to the cheesiest horror movies and we gravitate to stories about aliens, monsters and human experiments gone wrong. Denizens of the Mad Monster Party know about this love of all things scary and they are bringing the massive convention to Charlotte.
