Politics, history and the arts collide Thursday when a show highlighting the life of the late Sam Ervin takes to the stage in Lenoir. The North Carolina Senator is best-known for presiding over the Watergate hearings. To find out more about the production of Senator Sam, WFAE's Scott Graf spoke with Keith Smith, the Chairman of Foothills Performing Arts. The play runs through Sunday at Hibriten High School in Lenoir.
