An argument between two groups turned into heavy gunfire early this morning at a West Charlotte apartment complex.
WBTV reportsthat CMPD says at least 26 shell casings were found at the complex on J. Julian Lane near Tuckaseegee Road. The groups were firing at each other from different parking lots at the complex. No nearby residents were injured, although at least one apartment and three vehicles were struck.
No arrests have been made and no suspects were named.
