A lot of changes are in the offing for North Carolina voters. Legislators recently redrew congressional distracts at the insistence of a Federal three-judge panel. Meanwhile, a separate court will determine the fate of the state's election overhaul including voter ID. The upcoming North Carolina primary will be the first election during which voter ID will be required.
