As it does every May, the NASCAR world this week has turned its attention to Charlotte. Each of the sport's top three circuits will race at Lowe's Motor Speedway between now and Memorial Day. To take advantage of that added attention, NASCAR Hall of Fame officials will unveil that attraction's first-ever logo. To talk more about that, and how the process to build the Hall of Fame is going, WFAE's Scott Graf spoke with its director, Winston Kelley.
