The recent demolition near the future site of the NASCAR Hall of Fame kicked off the building phase of that project. Tuesday, a forum in uptown Charlotte will be held to get public input on the Hall of Fame. To learn more, WFAE's Scott Graf called Winston Kelly, the director of the Hall of Fame.
