Mecklenburg Commisioners to Review Substance Abuse Program for Homeless
Mecklenburg County taxpayers spent more than a half million dollars last year on substance abuse programs for homeless people staying at local shelters. The success rate for those shelters fell short of the county's goals and tonight, county commissioners will review the program. WFAE's Julie Rose reports.
