Two local colleges are basking in the spotlight that gets cast every year on teams who make the NCAA men's basketball tournament. As a result of repeat appearances in the so-called "Big Dance" Winthrop University and Davidson College have both seen their national profile grow, and that's paying off in areas beyond the basketball court.
