Representatives from three counties in the Charlotte area are in Mexico, as part of a year long course called the Latino Initiative. It is designed to help them deal with demographic change in the rapidly growing area. Officials from Cabarrus, Union, and Rowan counties are visiting Mexico City and Guanajuato. WFAE's Craig Fahle spoke with one of the participants, Salisbury Mayor Susan Kluttz. He asked about the trip, and what she hopes to gain from it.
