(2/8/06) This week in Raleigh, the North Carolina Board of Elections will begin a hearing into campaign finances, including those of Democratic House Speaker Jim Black. A federal grand jury investigation has also involved Black's office. The speaker, nor anyone else, is facing any charges, but how the situation plays out could have far-reaching effects on state and local politics. WFAE's Scott Graf reports.
