(5/12/05) The IRS has been asked to reconsider the tax-exempt status of the East Waynesville Baptist Church. Pastor Chan Chandler resigned this week, amid allegations that nine members were forced out for supporting John Kerry in last year's presedential election. WFAE's Scott Graf spoke with Duke University Law School professor Larry Zelenak about the tax laws that cover churches and other non-profit groups.
