Indians in Charlotte

http://66.225.205.104/CT20120524.mp3

Indians in Charlotte In Charlotte, the population of residents from India rose from around 10,000 in 2000, to over 25,000 by 2010. This massive increase in the Indian population brings with it a wide range of cultural and religious backgrounds, as well as varied professions. We'll be joined by four Indians who now call Charlotte home, and discuss their very different journeys settling here, what brought them to the US and to Charlotte. They'll share their thoughts about how their cultural background helped them prepare for and execute the move.
