Tuesday afternoon in the small town of Jamestown, near Greensboro, Charlotte Mayor Pat McCrory is expected to announce he's running for governor. WFAE's Scott Graf spoke with Dr. Andy Taylor, a political science professor at N.C. State University, for some analysis.
