[Photo Courtesy: Jolie Myers/Marketplace] Food Trucks Here on Charlotte Talks we have done food shows from remote locations, outside of our own studio and with noted food experts from all over the world. Today we do a food show on wheels. Virtually every kind of restaurant has sprung up in Charlotte in the past couple of decades and now they are springing up on our city streets. Food trucks, once called "roach coaches," are now purveyors of everything from comfort food to gourmet dishes. We visit the growing world of the food truck to find out what they are serving up on streets all over the region. Buckle your seat belts and loosen your belt.
