Exiting Iraq and Staying in Afghanistan We continue our visits with experts from UNC Charlottes Great Decisions Lecture series. Dr. Alexa Royden of Queen's University of Charlotte is keeping her academic eye on Iraq and Afghanistan. She is studying the impact of the end of U.S. occupation in Iraq, the transition of power to the Iraqui people and the lessons learned that could be applied to our situation in Afghanistan.
