Whether we work in retail or not, we’ve all heard the old adage: The customer is always right. Not so, says Peter Fader. In fact, he takes it a step further by asserting that only a business’s good customers deserve the best treatment. This flies in the face of everything and, given that we’re all about to go on a holiday shopping binge, this might really go against your grain.
