Cardinal Health is suing its former CEO for severance money after an investigation found that Richard Topping breached his contract with a number of actions, including making plans to start his own company and taking files from Cardinal’s internal drives. We’ll get into the details.
In other health news, anesthesiologists are suing Atrium Health because they say the hospital system and a new contractor conspired to kick them out of the market.
The Lynx Blue Line extended its reach to University this month, but this week the attention turned to whether or not to continue to consider Red Line train to Lake Norman. On Wednesday, there was only one vote to stop the Red Line Study, from Huntersville's mayor. We'll discuss why he is against it.
