Bones, the TV show has ended. The program based on Kathy Reichs' Temperance Brennan books ended after 12 seasons this spring, and now Kathy Reichs is introducing readers to a new heroine, Sunday Nights. Mike Collins will catch up with Kathy to talk about life after Bones and more.
Back when she first joined us in the late 90's, Kathy Reichs was a UNC Charlotte professor, and a relatively new author who wrote books that had roots in her own forensic anthropology experience.
Today, there are 18 Temperance Brennan novels, and the TV series Bones, based on the books, just ended this spring after 12 seasons.
On the heels of the end of the TV show, Reichs has now taken a step away from Temperance Brennan to introduce us to a new character, Sunday Night.
Kathy Reichs joins Mike Collins to look back at the road from UNC Charlotte to Tempe Brennan, to the Bones TV show. We’ll talk about life after Bones, and her new book Two Nights and more.
Guest:
Kathy Reichs, multiple-times New York Times best-selling author for her Temperance Brennan novels which inspired the TV show Bones. Her new book is Two Nights.
