Charlotte Talks

Regional Reporters' Roundtable
We continue our series of regional roundups with small town newspaper reporters in the Charlotte region to get an update on the major issues in their communities. Today, we head to the North East where issues include the Philip Morris plant closing and the speedway debacle in Concord, widening of I-85, health care facilities and the research campus in Kannapolis, gangs in Salisbury, and of course drought and growth everywhere.
Guests:
Eric Deines - Concord Reporter, Independent Tribune
Ben McNeely - Kannapolis Reporter, Independent Tribune
Mark Wineka - Reporter, Salisbury Post
