More than 400 community leaders and area residents attended a forum on affordable housing recently. The Charlotte City Council hosted the daylong event that looked at, among other things, how the community can pay for affordable housing. WFAE's Lisa Miller spoke to Stanley Watkins, the city's neighborhood development director, about the state and future of housing in Charlotte.
