Over the weekend, about 400 people from across the country showed up in Charlotte to buy, sell, and talk old radios. The Charlotte Antique Radio Conference is in its 32nd year and is said to be the second largest meet of its kind in the U.S. The offerings include early 20th century transmitters, elaborate art deco sets, and forums on radio repair. WFAE's Lisa Miller talked with some conference-goers about their love affairs with old-time Americana.
