Barbecue aficionado, Dan Huntley, who is also a Charlotte Observer columnist, spent last night cooking enough pork to feed 200 people. In a few hours, customers will be picking up the ready-made feasts. WFAE's Lisa Miller spoke with Huntley last night at his cooking quarters in York County.
